- No Children are allowed unless they are being serviced. Must Be 9 Years of Age and Older to receive services
- Deposits are required to book appointments. The deposit will be added to the full cost of your service.
- Deposits are completely non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred to rescheduled appointments if you need to reschedule your time 48 hours before your scheduled appointment . ***Only one reschedule per deposit***
- Remaining balance can be paid by Cash, Card, or Zelle
- If you are more than 15 minutes late you WILL have to reschedule and pay an additional deposit
- There Is a $15 and up late fee past 15 mins late if I can still service you.

- Please cancel and/or reschedule ONLINE 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees; longer appointments (sew ins, double process color, etc.) must be canceled/rescheduled 48 hours or more in advance*** ONLY ONE RESCHEDULE PER DEPOSIT! Please pay additional deposit if you need to change your original appointment more than once.
- NO Call and NO SHOW the day of services WILL RESULT IN PAYMENT OF FULL COST OF THE SERVICE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
